Nicholas has been in Property Management since 2019. He has been with Property Management companies of all sizes. Nicholas has worked on a wide variety of properties that all had unique needs. From properties that are full market, mixed, and 100% LIHTC communities. As a charismatic bilingual person, he has been able to gain confidence quickly from his residents. He has excelled at providing outstanding customer service, focusing on resident retention, increasing revenue goals, while also minimizing delinquency and vacancies.
As a real estate investor himself owning 17 units across 8 different small multifamily properties along the Wasatch Front, he is passionate about multifamily investing. He believes that multifamily investing is the premier avenue for wealth creation due to the ability to increase the value of large (and often leveraged) assets. In the ever-changing real estate market Nicholas has been through different up and down cycles. Nicholas understands the importance of adapting to the market and acting rather than reacting when it comes to managing your property.
Tom currently oversees financial reporting and accounting for all rental and homebuilding operations for multiple real estate companies. Prior to that, Tom spent 11 years with national home builder, first as a Divisional Controller in Nevada, and then as a Regional Controller in Utah. After graduation, Tom spent two years with Arthur Anderson working with their audit division in Salt Lake City.
Jared is the Controller for Center Street, and also does accounting for a local development company. He previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank and has 16 years of financial industry experience. His responsibilities include a variety of accounting, financial reporting, and financial duties.
Yurii joined Center Street in early 2024 after emigrating from Donetsk and Kyiv, Ukraine. Prior to Center Street, Yurii worked in accounting for Oak Management (a division of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) for 17 years, preparing monthly financial statements and reports, and managing department budgets.
