Originally from the Bay Area, California, Nikki brings a strong background in customer service and social media management to her career in property management. After relocating to Utah in 2020, she began working as an Assistant Property Manager, where she quickly discovered a true passion for the industry and for building welcoming, well-run communities. She gained hands-on experience supporting the multiple units with another company before joining Center Street Property Management. In her current role as a Property Manager, she oversees multiple sites and is deeply invested in caring for her communities, ensuring residents feel supported, and providing property owners with confidence that their investments are well-managed and maintained. Outside of work, she is a proud mama bear to three kids. Being a parent has strengthened her patience, leadership, and ability to balance responsibilities--qualities that naturally carry over into the way she manages properties and supports the communities she serves.

Ireland Auger is the Property Manager at Village Station Apartments. While she is new to property management, she brings over 10 years of customer service experience with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and creating a positive resident experience. She was drawn to property management by the opportunity to serve others and enjoys engaging with new people and helping them find a place to call home.

Esmeralda Velazques Is the Property Manager at Walton Lane Townhomes, bringing nearly three years of experience in leasing, sales, and Property Management. She began her career as a leasing agent and advanced into management through dedication and strong performance. Fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable in Fair Housing regulations, she is passionate about providing well-managed communities and helping people find their dream home, delivering exceptional resident-focused service and maintaining a positive living environment. Esmeralda views Property Management as a long-term career and is committed to continually learning and growing within the industry.

Savanah Hew-Len is the Property Manager at the Towns at Rivers Edge community, bringing in over four years of experience in property management. Beginning her career as a leasing agent, she gradually grew into her management role through consistency and a strong commitment to her work. In her role as Property Manager, she focuses on creating a welcoming, well-maintained community where residents feel supported and heard. She values clear communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, and works closely with her team to ensure a positive experience for both residents and staff at Towns at Rivers Edge. Outside of work, Savanah enjoys life adventuring with her husband, cozying up with a good book, having plenty of houseplants to maintain, and making regular stops at her favorite French bakery for a sweet treat.

Marquelle Christensen began her career in property management in 2019, starting as a leasing agent and quickly working her way into a Property Manager role at a townhome community. Those early years helped shape her passion for working with residents, leading teams, and building strong communities. After taking a two-year hiatus beginning in 2021 to focus on family, Marquelle returned to the industry in September 2024 with Center Street Property Management. Since coming back, she has found renewed fulfillment in working closely with residents and enjoys creating well-managed communities where people feel supported and valued. A former Division I collegiate basketball player at Southern Utah University, Marquelle brings the discipline, teamwork, and work ethic she learned through athletics into her everyday work. Outside of the office, she enjoys life with her husband and their three energetic boys, a role that has strengthened her patience, empathy, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Marquelle truly enjoys property management and is motivated by building strong relationships and communities she's proud to be a part of.
