Jeff is the Maintenance Supervisor at Clearfield Plaza with over 10 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance. He takes pride in staying busy, keeping the community clean, and making sure Clearfield Plaza is a safe, comfortable, and great place to live. He enjoys getting to know residents and being someone they can count on. Outside of work, Jeff is a proud dad of five kids and has been married to his beautiful wife for 30 years. When he's not working, you can find him outdoors hunting or riding four-wheelers with his kids.

As Maintenance Supervisor, Tytan brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to property maintenance. With a background in hands-on repairs and team coordination, Tytan is committed to keeping properties running smoothly and responding quickly to resident needs. Reliability, attention to detail, and respect for residents' homes are at the core of how Tytan approaches every job.

Aaron Casero is our Maintenance Supervisor with over 7 years of experience in property management and a lifetime of hands-on labor experience. He's a proud husband, father of five, and the second oldest of five siblings--family values that guide his leadership and work ethic. Outside of work, Aaron is deeply committed to his community. He serves as a head coach for youth sports and donates his time by providing free speed and development training for underprivileged kids, believing strongly in giving back and creating opportunities for the next generation. His involvement reflects his belief in teamwork, discipline, and positive mentorship. A self-proclaimed sneaker enthusiast and lifelong learner, Aaron combines intelligence, humility, and heart in everything he does. He takes pride in his work, values the people around him, and truly enjoys serving the community he works in.

Adam Putzier is the Maintenance Supervisor at Village Station Apartments. Adam takes pride in keeping facilities running safely and efficiently. He enjoys hands-on work that keeps him on his feet and busy, and he values solving problems through practical, skilled work. Adam is committed to maintaining a reliable, well-kept environment and supporting his team through proactive, day-to-day leadership.

Wissem Labben is originally from Tunisia, a country in North Africa, and moved to the United States in June 2023. In June 2024, he began working with Center Street Property Management as a Maintenance Technician at Towns at Rivers Edge and Walton Lane Townhomes, starting with limited prior experience but a strong willingness to learn. From day one, Wissem committed himself to learning maintenance skills from the ground up, developing hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of property issues. He consistently gives his best effort to keep the communities safe, well maintained, and running smoothly. After over one year of dedication and hard work, Wissem was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. He takes great pride in his professional growth and achievements and is motivated to continue building his career and living the American dream.

Mike Davis brings nearly a decade of hands-on maintenance experience to the Lofts at Rivers Edge team. He began his career in property maintenance in 2017 as a groundskeeper and steadily worked his way up through Maintenance Technician I and II, gaining a deep understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, and resident service along the way. In late 2019, Mike stepped into a Maintenance Supervisor role at a community in Draper, where he successfully led maintenance operations for five years. In October 2024, he joined Lofts at Rivers Edge as Maintenance Supervisor, where he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to resident satisfaction. Mike takes pride in trying to respond to all work orders within 24 hours and ensuring the community is safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly. Mike also served for eight years in the Utah Army National Guard as part of an engineering unit, an experience that strengthened his leadership skills, discipline, and problem-solving abilities. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated husband and father to three children and values family, teamwork, and hard work in everything he does.
